Lobe is a new machine learning startup recently acquired by Microsoft. Our team is working to create an easy-to-use visual tool that lets anyone train and ship custom machine learning models without writing any code.
We are looking for a Senior User Experience Designer to help lead an ambitious roadmap, integrating breakthrough machine learning and a beautiful user interface. Through interactive prototyping, and clean visual design you will help define the future of how people train and interact with machine learning models. You will have the opportunity to learn more about machine learning as you work with an extraordinary team that is obsessed with making this technology simple, understandable and accessible to everyone.
We are based out of the newly renovated Microsoft office in downtown San Francisco. Team meals are provided daily along with many other benefits in a relaxed work environment. This position is also open to a Seattle location.

* 4+ years experience designing and shipping software. * Proficient with visual design tools such as Photoshop, Sketch, Figma. * Proficient with interactive prototyping tools such as Origami Studio, Quartz Composer, Framer etc. * Excited to learn more about machine learning. * Making complex technology simple and easy to use. * Dreaming up new product features. * Designing beautiful visuals interfaces. * Crafting delightful interactions and animations. * Building interactive prototypes. * Working with engineers to ship pixel-perfect designs.
