We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Technical Program Manager to work on system design, implementation, and release to manufacturing. In this role you will be responsible for scoping and delivering large projects end-to-end. You will collaborate with product teams to deliver the best product with most efficient use of resources and technologies. You will lead and influence stakeholders to assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, identify appropriate resources needed and develop schedules to ensure timely completion of projects by meeting project milestones. You will also assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints and encourage risk taking behavior to maximize business benefit. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in system design, analog and digital circuit design, industrial controls, functional safety, possess good communication skills, and enjoy problem solving both independently and in team settings. Further, this candidate should be familiar with the associated hours, deadlines and high-energy culture that go with launching innovative new products.

The right candidate will possess a strong program management background, will have demonstrated experience leading medium to large projects, and will have a well-rounded technical background in current cloud technologies. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. This means you are not only able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives, but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done.
