We are looking for a design leader to reimagine the developer experience and help us shape the future. We want someone with a passion to innovate, who likes working backwards from the customer, and tackling complex ambiguous problems.

As the Senior Design/UX Manager, you will lead, define and drive IA, UI/UX, visual, as well as prototyping and aspects of technical implementation of our UX across platforms and multi-modal interfaces. You and your team will be responsible for developing best-in-class consumer experiences (user interface designs, interaction models, prototypes, information architecture, task flow, etc.) in a fast-paced, agile, startup-like environment. You will also work closely with engineering, product management, marketing, and company leaders to successfully go from early stage concepts to launch. As a design leader, you should also be able to manage, lead and mentor design teams.

You must be responsive, flexible, and able to succeed within an open and collaborative peer environment. You are a self-starter with industry experience in shipping compelling user experiences to millions of customers.
