Are you passionate about innovative technologies and the complexities of artificial intelligence speech? Alexa International Quality team is looking for a seasoned leader to take on the unique challenge of understanding the nuances of how Alexa enabled devices can serve customers' needs in different cultures and locations. As a Senior Technical Program Manager for this team, you will be responsible for engaging with an experienced cross-disciplinary staff across Alexa in-country teams, domain teams and their respective tech and product teams to conceive, design and implement innovative solutions focused on automation infrastructure, and delivering on reporting, tooling in service of international quality. The ideal candidate is a creative, demonstrated leader with excellent technical, problem-solving, and communication skills. This candidate should possess verifiable leadership qualities including being proactive, thoughtful, thorough, decisive, and flexible. You must know how to influence and motivate to get the right things done. At the core of the position is delivery. You will have a strong working knowledge of software development processes and thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Define, design and deliver device testing framework for global geographies.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop requirements and overall roadmap.
* Collaborate with multiple agile engineering and design teams to coordinate, prioritize and deliver to an aggressive roadmap.
* Clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities and desired outcomes to cross-functional project teams.
* Support and enhance existing teams and goals with thoughtful and measurable impact.
* Own communication for technical delivery across these projects with senior leadership and across partner organizations
