AWS' growth is driving a rapid expansion of its world-wide sales team and the need for a Scrum Master to join the Business, Technology and Solutions team. This is a great opportunity to help grow and scale development teams working on projects relating to report dashboard platforms and data infrastructures that support them. The successful candidate must be able to not only assume the role of ScrumMaster, but also take on the responsibility of driving Agile thinking and coaching teams along the way. A successful candidate will not only drive for success in their individual teams, but also develop the Agile Program within the larger organization.

Core Responsibilities

* Promote Agile values, principles and practices within the teams
* Drive and own responsibilities of ScrumMaster for multiple software development teams
* Schedule, manage and facilitate Scrum events
* Facilitate meetings and communication between product owner stakeholders and development team members to ensure the highest value work is top priority in the backlog
* Facilitate collaboration on a daily basis to remove impediments and reduce risk
* Grow Agile maturity within development team members as well as product owners, scaling best practices
* Foster an environment of trust and collaboration within the team
* Build information radiators to ensure proper visibility and transparency between development teams, stakeholders, and the org
* Manage development team backlog, work prioritization, assignment, and tracking in Jira
* Create, manage and publish team metrics and reporting from Jira
* Assist in the administration of Jira
