This is exciting time to join Microsoft Ads Campaign Platform team where we are developing next wave of innovative products and experiences. We are building a multi-channel advertising solution from the ground up to deliver social marketing and search advertising across all popular channels like Bing, Twitter, FB, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google etc. Our backend systems are highly distributed, scalable and reliable, capable of handling highly concurrent requests on billions of entities with low latency. Our services run on thousands of servers in Azure with modern infrastructure support. It competes with Google systems on scale and performance head-to-head. We have rapid development iterations and ship to production every day. You will also have opportunities to leverage cutting edge AI/ML technologies to empower advertisers to optimize, to automate and to accelerate ROI.

Qualifications:

* BS/MS in CS or related field
* 5+ years of development experience with large scale services
* 3+ years of experience on one of programming languages (C++/C#/Java/Python) and distributed systems
* Excellent system design and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Experience of successfully shipping services through multiple products cycles
