SUMMARY

Hulu's Technology team is seeking a Senior Software Developer who will be an exceptional addition to our Customer Applications team. You will build and improve software that enables Hulu's Viewer Experience Advocates to help viewers get the most out of Hulu. The team's main focus is a homegrown 'Simpsons'-themed CRM which Advocates use to resolve issues ranging from billing to video play back to help identify ways for a better viewing experience. Our goal is to build a state-of-the-art employee experience that enables Advocates to share their real passion for TV with Hulu viewers. If you enjoy doing full-stack development, mentoring, designing and building micro-services to support this and related applications, then this role is right for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

* Work closely with the Product and the Viewer Experience team to design and implement CRM solutions for our stakeholders
* Write, test and release robust and scalable production ready applications using the latest web technologies
* Mentoring skills to show other developers how to build for scalability
* Integrate third party applications into our application suite
* Troubleshoot production issues

WHAT TO BRING

* BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
* 5+ years as full stack software developer
* Proficiency with Python
* Knowledge of web technologies such as React, CSS, Bootstrap, Javascript, MySQL, Mongo and Elastic Search
* The ability to jump into a project and contribute immediately to both architecture and implementation
* Great communication, attention to details and a strong teamwork ethic
* Strive for excellence and strong analytical skills
