Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product.

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Seven years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.

Our team sits at the nexus of a business that is ground zero for the Oracle Cloud. We are looking an experienced program manager to help us run and scale OCI globally. You will own a suite of mission-critical programs that will have significant influence on the success of our business. The challenges are complex and there are huge opportunities to work at all levels and across the entire enterprise.

We are looking for a Program Manager with a passion for delivering results at scale. In this role you will work with technical leaders, executives and product teams to define the roadmap and drive the direction of your programs. You should be able to take large, complex, ambiguous business requirements, and break them down into manageable projects, write functional specifications, and deliver on time within budget. You should be equally comfortable with reporting, tracking and analyzing budgets and financials as you are as the leader for programs with executive visibility that help is scale and grow in a sustainable way. You thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and are not fazed by ambiguity or competing priorities. You anticipate bottlenecks and are an expert at balancing business needs versus technical constraints to move projects forward quickly. Successful candidates will be business savvy and technical; strong attention to detail with excellent problem solving abilities, and be able to communicate and influence at all levels.

Minimum Qualifications

* 5 years of Program Management experience in a technical environment.
* Stellar written and verbal communication skills.
* Full life-cycle product development experience (from vision to production).
* Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
* Data-driven problem-solving skills and the abilities to analyze quantitatively, scope technical requirements, and effectively prioritize program deliverables.
* Comfortable and confident present to all levels within the enterprise and to work with both technical and non-technical individuals.
* Build partnerships with senior leaders across a variety of groups across the enterprise in a matrixed business environment.
* Must be detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and deliver.
