About the Team

Intelligent Conversation and Communication Cloud (IC3) powers billions of real-time customer conversations across Microsoft's real-time conversation products and third-party solutions. IC3 enables reliable and high-quality audio/video calling, meeting, messaging services that work every time from anywhere seamlessly across all customer touchpoints. IC3 makes conversations on our platforms more intelligent in real-time empowering best-in-class productivity tools for the modern workplace where every call, meeting or chat will make the next one better.

Required

* 8+ years of experience in program management, technical content management or related relevant experience.
* A BS/MSc in technical field or equivalent technical knowledge.

Preferred

* Adaptable to meet dynamic goals in a very agile environment.
* Demonstrated ability to come up-to-speed quickly on a new technical domain.
* Self-motivated and proactive with strong organizational and planning skills.
* Team player, confident, independent and enthusiastic!
* Sound understanding of Engineering Practices and OKR model
* Strong written and verbal communications skills.

Responsibilities

* Establish priorities, develop specifications, and partner with Engineering to plan and smoothly execute feature work
* Bring project management improvements and structure to increase productivity
* Engage with partner Engineering teams across Microsoft to drive alignment on dependencies so that complete scenarios are enabled
* Engage with partners and customers to support rapid prototyping and adoption
* Help to foster increasing the diversity of thought and ideas within the group
* Own and manage Rhythm of Engineering
