The Developer Relations team is looking for an experienced data and analytics specialist that questions prior assumptions and proactively seeks innovative solutions to complex business problems. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of BI systems to effectively build and manage scalable BI and data visualization solutions for all levels of the business. This role will partner with key business stakeholders across the organization and act as a liaison to help drive resolution through data and analytics.

* The ideal candidate should have excellent skills in all aspects of planning, cross-group collaboration, communications, analytical capabilities and attention to detail
* Have a passion and proven record for execution with measurable results in dynamic fast paced environment.
* Experience leading and driving complex projects with multiple work streams spanning different business and disciplines
* Demonstrated virtual team leadership capabilities and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
* Excellence in managing all aspects of budget planning.
* Ability to work cross-functionally without authority.
* 5-7 years experience in Program Management/Project Management delivery.
* 5 -7 years of experience leading or operating as a member of cross functional virtual teams to design, build, evaluate, support, and continuously improve process.
* BS/BA or equivalent work experience.

* The position requires an individual who understands how to get things done at Microsoft through influence by leveraging your extensive interpersonal and collaboration skills, and from raw work ethic. You should have an understanding and passion for our products and a background that has given you a deep understanding of how large-scale projects work and are managed. In addition, you must have experience in strategic planning, execution, building relationships and working with executives at all levels. Knowledge and experience working with the engineering teams, the sales field and marketing teams across Microsoft is a bonus.
* Partner with team leads to define and execute the critical insights required to make informed business decision.
* Be a hands-on technical lead who can own, drive, and develop an insights/BI feature from conception to release e.g. define scope, integrate requirements, prototype scenarios, deliver dashboards, implement, etc.
* Act as a catalyst for insights innovation, aligned to both tactical and strategic business insights efforts.
* Oversee the design of the data and technical architecture that ensures integrity and accuracy of data.
* Lead the next generation of BI and analytics experiences as a self-serve capability.
* Manipulate and analyze complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from various sources using a variety of tools and data analysis techniques.
