BT Applications is looking for a seasoned Product Analyst with an extensive background in helping building scalable and innovative enterprise scale solutions. This role will join an Applications Product Management group dedicated to supporting the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) & Security organizations here at Salesforce. Our ideal candidate enjoys working in dynamic, fast-paced environments and is experienced in managing complex projects in support of an overall Compliance/Security philosophy and strategy.

Responsibilities:

* Work effectively with Compliance, Security & other internal teams to identify, document and prioritize requirements for security, GRC & risk systems


* Write functional specifications for net new functionality, evaluate how best to use GRC tools to meet evolving business requirements and information needs and be willing to configure GRC Tool for purposes of prototyping.


* Ensure solutions promote simplification, accuracy and an increasingly higher level of productivity for users.


* Provide functional support during technology upgrades/implementations and support the change management activities by organizing User Acceptance Testing, authoring release communications, updating Chatter, creating training materials, and delivering training to IT Support teams


* Facilitate recommendations for solutions or improvements and reviewing solutions that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology.


* Act as liaison between business stakeholders, such as management, customers or end users, and the software development or information technology team.


* Analyze, document and communicate stakeholder data and information needs


* Use modeling, testing and data models to improve the flow of information through an organization to enhance project success.


* Participate in Agile scrum team as a business analyst and central subject matter expert interfacing with development to deliver solution



Required Skills:

* Bachelor's Degree, with minimum 6 years of experience as a Product Analyst or similar function


* Experience to guide internal customers through the entire software development lifecycle


* Negotiate detailed requirement and solution design trade-offs


* Contribute to cross-functional and cross-technical dependency management


* Lead the writing of User Stories, Acceptance Criteria and assist with backlog grooming of new enhancement requests using AGILE development methodology


* Competent in business process analysis, requirements and design, data modeling, detailed functional design, test planning, and UAT execution


* Excellent change management skills including communication, testing, training and business system and process transformation


* Must be a self-starter with terrific communication, highly motivated, able to shift directions quickly when priorities change, think through problems to come up with innovative solutions and deliver against very tight deadlines


* Willing to receive direction and guidance within a global team environment, adopt and develop best practices and circumnavigate obstacles with creative technical solutions



Desired Skills/Experience:

* Experience with the Salesforce.com platform and related cloud or web based technologies


* Experience with Use Case modeling


* Knowledge of web applications, GRC Tools like Archer or MetricStream and ability to understand Integration technologies like Mulesoft.
