The Scrum Master actively guides the planning, tracking and other day to day activities of a project delivery team for one of Cognizant's oldest and largest enterprise accounts. This role requires solid, practical experience with the techniques and approaches to guide and support project teams. You will collaborate intensively with your team members and Product Owners. You will also interact with Cognizant clients to mentor, consult, and assist them in making appropriate process decisions and solve any blocking points. The client is based in Dover, New Hampshire, so prospects can expect to be onsite Monday - Thursday. Candidates should be local or willing to relocate.

Specific responsibilities will include:

* Leading the sprint planning, sessions with the Cognizant and the client's Product and Technical teams.
* Transitioning from Github to JIRA and set up scrum process using this tool of choice.
* Migrating current (hybrid) model to agile methodology and subsequently lean product models
* Streamlining team structure and defining roles (Product Owner / Scrum Master / UX Lead, etc.)
* Organizing meetings and agile ceremonies (Stand ups, Backlog Grooming, Demos, etc) and managing gaps that exist in the current setup.
* Serving as the main point of contact for Cognizant's Product Owner
