We are looking for a Salesforce Techno-Functional Analyst with nCino experience to work for various clients in the US. Resource will be providing Salesforce development using various development tools. As a Techno-Functional Analyst (Business Analyst), you will be part of a high-performing Agile/Hybrid-Agile development team focused on problem solving, development sprints, and innovative development. You will work with and support the development team to design, modify, and maintain the applications programs.
As the nCino Business Analyst you will provide functional subject matter expertise (SME) on the nCino platform.
Recommends solutions balancing system, business and regulatory requirements and changes.
Ensure design and integrate ion of proposed system solutions meet all business and regulatory requirements.
Leads requirement gathering sessions, design efforts and works with business and technology to ensure all
requirements are satisfied.
Accountable for user sign- off of changes. Monitors implementation and user satisfaction. Other duties as
Work with vendors, project team members and Business Technology to understand system functionality,
dependencies and constraints to refine requirements, propose approaches\solutions for delivery options
Concisely translate and convey the functional\configuration features or constraints into business impacts for
varying levels stakeholders.
Responsible for developing traceability matrix and business user test cases.
Supports the review of test script, and testing triage efforts. Serves as subject matter expert to project teams, working
groups and user acceptance testing efforts.
Must Have Skills:
Strong experience working with Salesforce.com is required.
Minimum 5-7 years direct work experience in Residential or Commercial lending industry, with emphasis in Commercial Loan Origination Systems
Understanding of System configuration experience strongly preferred
5-7 years as a business analyst or business systems analyst with solid, concise writing skills and attention to
Experience with Loan Origination Documents, like WK's DocPrep or Expere, Digital Docs, Docutech or LaserPro strongly desired
Position requires expertise in process mapping and business analysis
Position requires expertise in commercial originations or lending origination system configurations, loan documents e.g. a loan closing package, process mapping, business analysis.
Take the lead to elicit business requirements, further develop and document business requirements and some functional designs and implementation plans for Commercial Origination System requirements, loan document and packaging requirements, and downstream data requirements
