We are currently seeking highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead with experience in projects with Salesforce as the major technology. * You will drive and ensure the qualities of a well-architected system for correctness, reliability, robustness, audit-ability, scalability, redundancy, recoverability and security. * You are going to proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal partners. * You'll be leading technical project team members in a global delivery model (onshore and offshore). * You will also be running workshops, working closely with our clients to understand requirements and recommend design approaches to accomplish requirements and successful solutions and able to talk about trade-offs (e.g. terms of config vs code). * You will perform Technical code reviews of other integration developers.
* You should have at least 13 years of IT experience. * We want someone with excellent knowledge of Salesforce.com architecture and data modelling. * You should have experience in Agile development methodologies * You're going to need hands-on experience in Lightning development and Service Cloud implementation. * You should have proven expertise with basic customization programming using APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, Visual force, Chatter, Apex Data Loader, etc. * Your experience should include being directly involved in managing releases of various Salesforce applications with in-depth understanding of packages and change sets. * You'll need to demonstrate your hands-on experience working with Salesforce API (including Tooling API, Metadata API, Canvas, Rest/ SOAP API, Bulk API, etc.). * We need someone with in-depth knowledge and experience in developing Salesforce1 Mobile solutions. * We are looking for someone with SFDC Certifications such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, DEV, etc. * You should have strong problem Solving and communication skills.
* An advanced degree would be an advantage. * Field Service Lightning (FSL) experience is also a plus.
