Role:

* Own and aggressively drive forward specific areas of technology architecture.
* Provide architectural solutions/designs to project execution teams for implementation.
* Provide technology architectural assessments, strategies, and roadmaps for one or more technology domains.
* Develop cloud native strategies and solutions for client requirements, leveraging platforms and methodologies such as PaaS/ Agile/ DevOps etc.
* Develop cloud native solution architectures for clients
* Contribute to developing repeatable solution frameworks/ platforms
* Collaborate with product owners, designers, business analysts in developing horizontal or industry specific offers

Requirements:

* Create next-generation application platform automation solutions based around containers and container orchestration using technologies like Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) Atomic, Docker, and Kubernetes
* Extensive experience architecting and designing patterns of Java, Spring Core, Spring Boot based green-field development projects
* Understanding of multi-tiered architectures and microservices in depth; up to date with current application architectures and frameworks
* Experience in SOA based applications in Java/Microservices apps with frameworks and libraries such as Spring, Hibernate, J2EE, JDBC, JMS, JMX
* Understanding of Cloud Native principles and techniques such as Microservices/BDD; containers/Docker; Agile; 12 factor apps; test driven development;
* Exposure to E2E application life cycle of from inception to maintenance on platforms such as CaaS, PaaS platforms such as PCF, Openshift.
* Hands on experience on one or more of the platforms such as Cloud Foundry, OpenShift, Docker, PCF, BlueMix, Kubernetes
* Understanding of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
* Knowledge of database design; source code testing frameworks; build pipelines
* Experience of having worked in agile development teams
* Excellent hands on coding expertise
* Software Engineering background
* Willingness to travel on consulting engagements
