General Summary:

The Junior Release Team Intern will assist with Test Planning, write Test Plans and Test Cases, and create automated test cases for functional testing for a variety of web applications. This intern will also assist in various DevOps related initiatives including change management and continuous test integration.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Create and setup automated tests based on provided requirements
* Execute test cases based on analysis of system enhancements
* Conduct the testing including regression testing with every new build
* Assist the release team in various releases to test environments; as well as some management of test environments based on an IIS web platform
* Defect reporting, creation and logging
* Identify operational implications of enhancements
* Research and resolve Production Support cases
* Interact with development on doubts and issues
