Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Seven years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.

The Oracle SaaS Compliance team responsible for securing privacy and compliance for the enterprise-grade software services on behalf of Oracle's 25,000 customers. Responsible for managing the portfolio of enterprise grade certifications processing over 60 billion transactions per day. Develops and executes multi-year strategies designed to maintain and expand the certification posture of Oracle's SaaS services. Partners closely with peers, developers, and customers to ensure our SaaS products continue to comply with ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, SOC 1, SOC 2, PCIDSS, HIPAA, FedRAMP, IRAP, GDPR and similar.
We are looking for a Program Manager to own and drive a number of strategic programs and areas for the SaaS Compliance team. This Program Manager will focus on creating a program that 1) drives prioritization across market segments and sales team, utilizing third party reports (Gartner, etc.) and 2) drives appropriate communication and expectations with the sales team for current capabilities. Responsibilities may include, but not be limited to, reviewing market and revenue opportunities against approved compliance priorities, analyzing compliance opportunities against competitor capabilities, developing a competitive strategic plan for future investments, assisting with team rhythm of business, project leadership for other key initiatives. Applicants should be comfortable with ambiguity, scoping and driving projects with minimal oversight, and the maturity to work with executives and drive influence as needed.
You'll plan, schedule, and monitor projects from inception through delivery, organizing cross-team activities that balance both business and technical needs. Business needs can change rapidly, so you'll need to stay connected with both internal and external dependencies to ensure a high-quality and on-time delivery. Prior experience overseeing multi-function project teams with varying expertise (Developers, Engineers, Sales, Product Managers) is a must. You will need the ability to provide leadership to subject matter experts and collaborate with customers and develop strategies and solutions of high business value. You'll need to be good at defining right size processes, developing solutions, sufficient level of technical background, and driving adoption across the organization.

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Hardware Engineering or related field and experience
* 5 years managing large scale technical programs spanning multiple teams and organizations
* 3 years managing large cross organization projects
* 2 years negotiating contracts, schedules, and requirements with external teams
* Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
* Excellent judgment in influence for project roadmap direction, features, and priorities
* Excellent judgment and customer focus
* Experience with executive level and team communication
* Experience managing software and/or hardware development
* Experience with compliance and compliance frameworks
* Experience with Agile / Scrum / Kanban - Certified Scrum Master a plus
* PMP a plus
