* 2+ years Program Management experience
* Excellent track record for delivering experiences that delight users
* Tangible experience with NL/AI offerings
* Excellent communication, collaboration and execution skills
* Ability to prioritize and make hard decisions
* Versatility in driving technical topics, vision, planning and day-to-day project management

You must also be experienced in collaborating across teams at Microsoft, cutting through ambiguity and getting product shipped. If you have the vision and passion to make Cortana the industry leader in this space, then this is the job for you. The Cortana Search and Relevance PM will lead innovative projects involving creation and measurement of machine learning-based models aimed at improving the quality and capabilities of Cortana. The PM needs to be comfortable working across disciplines with engineers, data scientists, researchers, and UX designers to deliver these experiences in a way that delights users and increases product engagement. A passion for analyzing customer behavior, developing metrics and cultivating novel & delightful techniques to help our customers are all essential ingredients for this PM.
