The Platform Solutions Engineer role will partner with our world-class sales team and serve as the primary technical advisor for customers and ISVs that want to build the next generation of enterprise applications on the Box platform. This role requires a strong technical background, project management experience, and a strong presentation ability. It also requires a willingness to learn as you will rarely be called upon to architect the same application twice.

Who you are

* Bachelor's Degree
* At least 3 years experience in building working User Interface (UI) prototypes using JavaScript/Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)/HTML
* At least 3 years experience in non-trivial development leveraging Representational State Transfer (REST) Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), using JSON, as well as experience designing REST APIs
* At least 2 years experience in an external facing role
* Ability to demonstrate portfolio of work or code (e.g., Github)
