This role requires the ability to set direction and make Office 365 and SharePoint recommendations to our various clients within the mid-market. Focusing on SharePoint and Office 365 solutions like portals and collaboration, search, document management, security models, governance guidelines, input forms and business process automation.

Qualifications

Education

* Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited university, required

Experience

* Two (2) or more years of functional experience in SharePoint to include SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2010 / 2013 / 2016 or equivalent role, required
* Experience gathering, documenting requirements and leading working sessions, required
* Office 365 product experience (Microsoft Flow, Microsoft Teams, PowerApps, Power BI), preferred

Software

* Experience with SharePoint, required
* Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio, required
* Office 365/O365 and Azure, preferred

Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

* Ability to solve problems, identify solutions, and appropriately escalate issues, required
* Excels at operating in a fast-paced technical environment, preferred
