KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

* Planning, managing and monitoring of technical infrastructure, principally responsible for technical aspects and IT operation supervision
* Ensures the provision of hardware, voice and data network, operating systems and utilities for corporate processes and applications
* Manages and develops people resources

CRITICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Participates in and plans for computer architecture and operations.
* Makes vendor selection, and selects equipment for acquisition.
* Evaluates alternatives and investigates outsourcing contracts; Manages and controls outsource contracts.
* Plans and evaluates distributed computing and or service requirements.
* Develops and provides cost-effective cross-platform production support; Manages cross-platform data transport and middle-ware software.
* Manages and controls the computer configuration, voice and data network, inventory and all software having licenses.
* Plans and monitors computer capacity and performance.

Job Requirements

CRITICAL SKILLS/BEHAVIORS

* 10+ years of Windows administration experience
* 5+ years of Windows architecture experience
* Experience working with x86 hardware in a large-scale environment
* Experience with x86 Server Operating Systems: Windows 2008 R2, Windows 2012R2, and Windows 2008/20012 Clustering
* Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, VbScript, batch, etc.)

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS

* BA Degree

EXPERIENCE

* 5+ years in Network services role, with at least 2 years management experience
* 10+ years of Windows administration experience
* 5+ years of Windows architecture experience
