Job Description

The Network Infrastructure Manager manages and maintains the company network, virtual environment and all of its related components, including design, development, maintenance, and security.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the Bank's "client first" focus and rules of engagement-maintaining a professional demeanor, working as an active member of the CNOB team, providing all clients excellent service, always striving to make CNOB "A Better Place to Be".
* Ensures the continuous availability of all aspects of the network Acts as the technical lead on major IT projects relating to the network infrastructure, and assists with other IT projects as needed.
* Manages health and wellness of all networked systems, and monitors network performance to ensure that it meets current and future needs.
* Provides direction to network, server, and help desk teams
* Participates in the design, development, and securing of all IT systems
* Assists in the development of IT policies, procedures, and standards to guide the IT team members in ensuring consistency and commonality in service delivery
* Provides assistance in troubleshooting level 2 and 3 support issues and assists in mitigating risks

Knowledge

* Knowledge of various federal regulations including Bank Secrecy Act, Community Reinvestment Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Right to Financial Privacy Act, Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, Regulation E and US PATRIOT Act.
* Familiarity with Bank security and safety practices.
* Knowledge of LAN/WAN networking and current standards and protocols
* Knowledge of securing and hardening of systems to keep them current with industry standards
* Knowledge of Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Virtual Environments, Storage Area Networks, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft related systems (SQL, Server, etc...), Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery

Other Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Technology preferred, or relevant experience in the Technology field
* Certifications in Networking and Virtualization required
* Minimum 8 years working in Networking and Virtualization technologies
* Hands on exposure to providing technical and networking operational support in a medium to large scale organization, with state of the art computing systems
* Available after hours as needed
