* 5+ Year's Experience Supporting KACE * Enterprise wide software distribution, remediation, and reporting * Setup, modify, and maintain device collections within the console * Troubleshoot minor infrastructure issues with Distribution points or console warnings * Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager certification (MCP) * Tools Administration and Maintenance * Ensuring Content is on DPs * Resolving errors in console * Create KACE servers roles * Monitor KACE servers * Manage and monitor Software Update Points * Go through Client Health check and anything need to remediate should be pass it down to Level 2 * Go through Infrastructure health Check as required * Manage Documents if any changes to infrastructure * Troubleshoot issue at infrastructure level * Troubleshoot issues that are sql related * Work on site upgrades when required * Manage / modify documents from standard documents according to client environment * Be able to face client and answer their detail technical issues and resolutions for overall KACE infrastructure * Create reports * Escalation point for level 2 * Training on Software distribution for 1-20 end points * Install/Uninstall KACE agent * Locate and read KACE log files * Run existing reports and evaluate data * Follow provided process documentation and work instructions * Resolve end user incidents related to failed software installations * OSD Updates * Monitor deployments in the infrastructure, if require attention resolve them * Resolve patch issues and bring resolution before production. Consult with Vendor * Monitor Level 1 has followed the process to create any object in KACE console * Troubleshoot issues for application deployments or patches at mass level * Manage Client health check to meet the SLA every month and continuously * Ensure standards are met in KACE console with names and process for applications, deployments, collections, patches… * Be able to communicate to client for any escalated issue and bring solution for client based issues * Monitor KACE Infrastructure Health and escalate issues to vendor * Utilize different KACE tools to remediate deployment, patch level and client issues. * Ability to understand and follow approved documented processes and procedures * Basic understanding of Windows Operating System * Basic use of Microsoft Excel * A+ certified technician * Basic understanding of LAN/WAN technology * Basic understanding of Server operating system technology * A minimum of two year's experience performing desk side support functions * Process document maintenance * Pull existing reports * Understand the KACE console and navigate it quickly * Able to create collections for software release and distribution and add clients to collection * Able to create packages/applications and deploy * Create patch Software Update Group and deploy them * Monitor the deployments * Troubleshoot client issue and fix them one at a time * Troubleshoot deployments one at a time * Be able to reinstall one off KACE client and remediate issue * Troubleshooting = mostly following scripts
