Customer Service: To be successful in this role, it will be key that you naturally provide excellent customer service, working with the customer to understand their problem or issue, perform troubleshooting using remote management tools, and provide a final solution or workaround in a timely and responsive manner.
In this role, you will...
* Provide first and second level support, which will include an on-call rotation with the team, as well as documenting important information for proper handoff of incidents and requests * Assist in system upgrades and maintenance including add or remove memory, hard drives, video cards, and power supplies * Working within an ITIL framework including ticket triage and assigning ticket severity, impact and customer specific ticket details * Ensure that customer needs are being met through timely follow-through * Assist in configuring and supporting various mobile devices and tablets * Staff the Genius Bar daily for appointment and walk-ups
You've got what it takes if you have...
* 3+ years of experience working on a Service Desk * 2 years of experience troubleshooting Office 365 Productivity Suite * Strong understanding of ITIL Foundations and prior administration experience of Zendesk or Other ITSM tool * Understanding of MS Windows and Mac OS Operating Systems * Excellent technical documentation skills a must * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills * Must be a quick learner with exceptional communication skills * Perform inventory management for all hardware
