IT Business Analyst

Cabot Microelectronics Corporation is seeking IT Business Analysts for its Aurora, Illinois location to identify gaps within existing applications and business processes, and work with business users to define requirements, test, and implement new solutions; work with IT and business teams to prioritize, track and troubleshoot system application issues, propose alternative solutions, and recommend improvements to existing processes; perform gap analysis between current and future state processes, and develop technical solutions with proper test plans; implement small-mid size projects and enhancement requests; perform SOX 404 reviews per established internal company controls. Utilize experience with Oracle R12 EBS modules (Purchasing, Supplier Management, Sourcing, iSupplier, iProcurement, Daily Business Intelligence, EAM, Receiving, Inventory, Process / Discrete Manufacturing, Warehouse Management System, and Order Management) to support Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Supply Chain business processes; working with SDLC methodology in preparing requirements documentation, design and technical documentation; writing SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports/Workflow, Oracle Application Framework, and Oracle Discoverer; experience in manufacturing industry systems and business processes, including order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory management, manufacturing execution, and asset management; and, working with B2B SOA integrations.

Position Requirements:

Position requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent degree, Computer Science, Engineering (any) or related field and five (5) years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Software Developer, or related occupation.

The position also requires five (5) years of experience with the following: Oracle R12 EBS modules (Purchasing, Supplier Management, Sourcing, iSupplier, iProcurement, Daily Business Intelligence, EAM, Receiving, Inventory, Process / Discrete Manufacturing, Warehouse Management System, and Order Management) to support Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Supply Chain business processes; experience working with SDLC methodology in preparing requirements documentation, design and technical documentation; experience writing SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports/Workflow, Oracle Application Framework, and Oracle Discoverer; experience in manufacturing industry systems and business processes, including order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory management, manufacturing execution, and asset management; and, two (2) years of experience working with B2B SOA integrations.

Position requires up to 10% of national and international travel.
