As an Intel federal systems intern, you'll be responsible but not limited to:
* Design and develop systems oriented products and prepares related installation, operation, and maintenance specifications and instructions. * Conduct experimental tests, analyzes engineering proposals and related technical data to determine feasibility and scope. * Responsible for prototype construction and checkout
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences. This is a graduate level internship position and will be compensated accordingly.
We are looking for candidates with a MS/PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical engineering with 6+ months experience in:
* RTL digital design (e.g., Verilog, VHDL) * FPGA prototyping (design, implementation, verification, debug, bring-up) * Strong Software application development and profiling (C++, Python, C#) skills * Deep learning and/or broader AI workloads
* Experience with Keras, Tensorflow, OpenVINO * Experience with building heterogeneous solutions around Xeons, FPGAs, and other HW accelerators
