We are looking for an experienced senior security leader to manage our security and penetration testing group. The ideal candidate is a leader that's highly passionate about the potential of cloud computing and building a high performing security team. As a Senior Manager you will own strategic and tactical direction and oversight for the teams responsible for driving a high security bar for all AWS services and infrastructure. In this role you'll be a leader of leaders, responsible for your team's culture and organizational structure and how that team works within the context of the larger AWS Security team, as well as hiring and growing your teams.

You and your team will be responsible for testing AWS services, features, and infrastructure before release and throughout their lifecycle. You will partner closely with other security engineering teams and AWS development teams to produce innovative and secure solutions. Ideally you have a track record of delivering high quality technology products and services in a hyper-growth environment where priorities shift quickly. You should know how to prioritize, communicate clearly and compellingly, and understand how to drive a high level of focus and excellence with a strong team. AWS in general, and AppSec in particular, operates at very large scale and demands high standards, so a passion and discipline around security and delivery is critical. A high level of ownership and accountability is a must.
