Responsibilities:

* You Lead the Functional team in assessment or Inception engagements
* you will Have the ability to design the client interaction experience using best practices
* You will be Comfortable interacting and leading Cognizant and business team members in complex discussions around Guidewire product capabilities
* You Provides frameworks for business decision-making within the context of an Inception phase
* You Leads functional work stream in a Guidewire Upgrade or Data Conversion. You Articulates what is "out of the box" when it comes to Guidewire
* You Explains Guidewire process flows and is able to drive down to Level 2 and Level 3 process flows for a client.Supports overall leadership for Guidewire Assessments
* Creates written and oral deliverables tied to Guidewire product fit, high level business requirement analysis, and implementation effort
* You Understands how user story cards are used and is comfortable assessing existing cards for completeness
* You Lead Request for Proposal (RFP) responses in terms of overall response calendar, time line and approvals
* Provides the functional content for RFPs and inputs to Request for Information (RFI) documents and presentations
* Presents RFP materials to cross functional client teams
* Familiar with Organizational Change Management (OCM) concepts
* Articulates the role of OCM within program delivery
* Able to drive discussions to help resolve critical issues blocking program progress
* You can Provide plans and staffing approaches to support assessment outputs.Comfortable managing dependencies with other programs and projects
* You Supports the Change, Risk and Issue processes for a program.Comfortable working with business and IT executives in a meeting format and communicating project information
