* User administration using AD centric tools like AD manager Plus * Create Roles, accounts, entitlements in the IAM systems * Validate the data loaded into the IAM system with BAs. * Validate SOP along with Business Analysts and work with IAM Ops team to hand over support. * Create Service Desk ticket for AIM as appropriate * Triage Incident/service request * Resolve tickets * Communicate ticket status * Account issues Troubleshooting based on given rights and access. * Receive Signoff from App and IAM teams for completed onboarding. * Work on closure activity with program managers to make applications regulatory compliant * Manage, review the performance of onsite /offshore technical analysts * Interact with Business Analysts teams during account creation/updates * Guide the offshore technical analysts team with create accounts/updates * Technical contact point for the team. * Daily discussion with onsite/offshore lead
