Job Description

Our Insurance Business Unit is growing and seeking talented Guidewire Integrators with a minimum of 5 years in distributed, web-based Enterprise Java architecture including at least 2 years in a Guidewire based application.

Candidate must have a strong understanding of open systems architecture including integrations with vendor packages, relational databases, message queues, web services and legacy systems.

This assignment in particular will include Guidewire specific design work, troubleshooting, and optimization especially on the integration side. This role will also provide the necessary software development leadership to the development team and help ensure that the architectural vision is correctly realized during the development and support the team through the release of code to production.

Experience / Skills

* Up to 3 years' experience
* Good J2EE based integration skills, JMS, SOA, Webservices
* Ability to work on Guidewire Plug-ins, Messaging, API
* (Data integration track will have Informatica, ETL skills and knowledge to integrate via point to point or via ODS)

Job Expectations

* Understand the interface requirements and integration architecture
* Create Design Document for the integration
* Integrate the application points as per specification using Guidewire or J2EE components
* Perform code review, and shake down test and deliver
