Responsibilities:

The Email Marketing Developer role will work directly with the marketing team to develop emails for Hims and Hers.

* 1-2 years of experience building custom emails from scratch directly from design files (Sketch, PSD, Figma, etc.)


* Experience building out emails with industry best practices in order to support a variety of email clients (dealing with lack of media query support, MS Office / Outlook, fallbacks for background images / custom fonts, etc.)


* Experience working in the context of enterprise ESPs like Braze, Iterable, etc.


* Experience with Git and GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket


* (Nice to have) Experience with templating languages like liquid


* (Nice to have) Experience with email template languages like MJML or Foundation for Emails


* (Nice to have) Familiarity with industry tools like Litmus, Mailcharts, EmailOnAcid, etc.



Requirements:

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in email development
* 4-year college degree from an accredited institution
* Track record of driving measurable revenue and engagement via paid marketing
* Strong quantitative analysis skills, affinity for numbers and the ability to process complex calculations quickly and accurately
* Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment, multi-task and participate in team-based planning process
