Provides specialized intelligence and threat analysis and production support. Access and perform research on designated automated intelligence databases for the purpose of identifying information of interest to the customer, down-loading the identified information to an appropriate medium, and editing the information into format(s) to be specified by the customer. Provides intelligence and threat analysis of the information that is tailored to the customer's requirements. Develops I&TS documents, summaries, reports, presentations and other designated products in support of the customer's I&TS requirements. Presents briefings to key personnel (to include General Officers and SES personnel designated by the customer. Responsible for specialized intelligence and threat analysis. Performs research and identified information of interest.. Develops documents, summaries, reports, and presentations. Briefs key personnel on related intelligence issues. Requires Bachelors degree or equivalent, and five to seven years of related experience including comprehensive knowledge of intelligence and or counterintelligence.

ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Electronic Countermeasures (ECM) Deputy Program Lead to join our team to provide unparalleled support to our customer. The ECM Deputy Program Lead will provide programmatic support to a new contract.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

The Electronic Countermeasures (ECM) Deputy Program Lead is an ECM subject matter expert who engages in all aspects of the ECM program and provides expert guidance on ECM issues. The ECM Deputy Program Lead supports U.S. Department of State ECM requirements in multiple overseas and domestic locations in potentially high-threat environments. The ECM Deputy Program Lead assists in overseeing engineering, future ECM System (ECMS) identification/development, system validation and interoperability, generation of bills of material, program logistics, fielding and sustainment of multiple vehicle mounted ECM platforms, dis-mounted ECM systems, Counter Unmanned Aerial Systems (CUAS), and purpose built ECM systems. The ECM Deputy Program Lead will also determine the priorities of work for ECM Engineering cell. The ECM Deputy Program Lead will work closely with Protective Technology Operations, Contingency Communications Radio (CCR), Mobile Video Systems (MVS), as well as Sense and Warn (S&W) to ensure all ECM projects and fielding performed within the Configuration Management guidelines established within Protective Technology. The ECM Deputy Program Lead interfaces with DS senior management and Regional Security Officer (RSO) to clarify requirements and formulate a fielding plan for ECM equipment and personnel.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Provide guidance and supervision to ECM teammates.

Position Requirements:

Must possess a minimum of seven years of technical experience in technical support for modern ECM systems; expert knowledge of radio frequency (RF) theory, principles, and the effects of CREW systems operation in an electronic countermeasures environment; understanding of insurgent Improvised Explosive (IED) emplacement tactics; demonstrated proficiency in developing Techniques, Tactics, and Procedures (TTPs) for deploying vehicles equipped with CREW systems based on the national, local, and immerging Remote Controlled Improvised Explosive Device (RCIED) threat. Must be able to establish and maintain intra-organizational and external contracts. Must demonstrate expert knowledge of ECM systems.

Position requires self-motivation and the ability to work effectively under minimal supervision. Must demonstrate the ability to interact with all levels of an organization in a professional, diplomatic, and tactful manner. Must demonstrate a good attitude and ability to work as a member of a cohesive team. Must be able to multi-task efficiently, work in a fast paced environment on multiple projects, and have strong attention to detail. Must possess excellent writing and verbal skills. Must be proficient with Microsoft Windows operating systems and office automation software (e.g., Microsoft Office, SharePoint).

Travel Requirements:

May be required to travel OCONUS to conduct installation, training or maintenance at diplomatic facilities. OCONUS travel may include critical threat locations around the world with austere living conditions. Domestic travel may be required for training and program coordination. Must be able to obtain Department of State Class 1 Medical Clearance. Must have a valid US Passport.

Security Requirements:

Must have a current US Government TOP SECRET Personnel Security Clearance. Must be eligible for and able to obtain and maintain required Security Clearance/access approvals.
