* Lead design and implementation of data models, data pipeline and ETL work. * Design and build infrastructure to enable self-service on-boarding of new data sources to this data pipeline. * As we move in towards Analytics and Insights, enable Data Scientists with right data and infrastructure to build necessary ML models. * Help the product/engineering team on gathering data needed for defining business and technical strategy. * Leverage available instrumentation/data to provide insights that will help drive continuous improvements or reporting and analytics. * Design and build data visualization tools for our data pipeline. * From operational and engineering excellence standpoint, help drive data engineering best practices and set the highest operational excellence standards. * Train other engineers on advances in distributed systems, AWS big data technologies and large-scale data handling/processing.
