Designs, implements, and maintains the organization's application systems and/or IT infrastructure for complex systems. Provides an architectural framework for information system development, maintenance, and enhancement efforts. Understands user and process requirements and ensures those requirements can be achieved through high quality deliverables. Works closely with developers and engineers to develop road maps for applications, align development plans, and to ensure effective integration among information systems and the IT infrastructure. Ensures that solutions are continuously improved, supported, and aligned with industry and company standards as well as emerging business requirements. Understands the interactions between systems, applications, and services within the environment, and evaluate the impact of changes or additions for complex systems. Analyzes systems and perform usability testing to ensure performance and reliability, enhance scalability, and meet security requirements. May assist less experienced peers.

ManTech is seeking a CBA Analyst to support our growing Marine Corps programs in Quantico, VA. This position requires a TS/SCI DoD Security Clearance.

Required Skills and Experience:

Strong CBA Knowledge: Full experience and understanding of sequences for CBA areas and what they entail.

* Direct knowledge of subject CBA is in regards to (METOC)
* Knowledge of time frame requirements due IAW JCIDS Manual for annual and special CBAs.
* Experience within subject (METOC Operations).
* Experience with executing CBAs.
* Perform Doctrine, Organization, Training, material, Leadership, Personnel, Facilities (DOTmLPF) studies.
* Experience with DOTmLPF analysis.
* Provide analysis of doctrine, techniques, tactics and procedures.
* Support development of concept of operations.
* Requires good communications skills; working knowledge of word processing and integrated software applications; strong management and organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work are required.
* Experience with Marine Corps Capability Development/JCIDS document development standards.
* Completion of Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Acquisition Management Certification (Total of five (5) courses through DAU for complete certification). Course #: CLR 101, CLB 042, CON 250/251, DOD 002 (previous CLM 104)
* Experience with utilization of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
* Security Clearance of TS-SCI
* Knowledge of DoD or Military Strategic and Operational Capabilities
* General knowledge of CBA process and JCIDS.
* Skill in oral and written communication to prepare military style papers, and reports. To organize and deliver briefings to superiors to encourage understanding and acceptance of findings and recommendations.
* Completion of Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Acquisition Management Courses CLR 101, DOD 002 (previous CLM 104)
* Experience with utilization of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
* Knowledge of Doctrine, Organization, Training, material, Leadership, Personnel, Facilities (DOTmLPF)
