Title: Big Data Integration Project Manager

Location: Universal Cable Holdings, Inc. d/b/a Suddenlink Communications, 5830 Granite Pkwy, Suite 500, Plano, TX 75024

Duties: Ensure successful launch and deployment of various programs and projects associated with data warehousing and big data initiatives by integrating cross functional projects to deliver specific measured results. Develop and manage tactical project plans, goals, and budgets. Identify resources needed for projects and develop schedules and methods for measuring results. Develop timetables for implementation as well as monitor and perform strategic analysis for the project. Serve as a liaison with company resources and systems to provide current data and information needed for projects. Research and make recommendations on procedures to enhance financial and operational efficiencies. Prepare requests for proposals and conduct all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products. Track expenses and provide detailed updates to appropriate managers on project status. Develop and deliver system wide communication regarding the progress, accountabilities and gaps in the progress of assigned projects. Research, compile and report current data and manage teams through launch process.

Requirements: Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical field plus 5 years of progressively responsible project management experience in software development or big data integration. Must have at least 5 years of experience with the following: working with AGILE SCRUM techniques and associated tools; working with JIRA, CLARITY, and MS PROJECT; performing requirements gathering, impact analysis, project planning, and estimating costs; leading teams for Data Warehousing projects using Teradata, Hadoop, UNIX and Mainframes; using ETL and Reporting tools including Informatica and Tableau to provide meaningful Business Intelligence reports to customers; and preparing and recommending processes to enhance efficiency and operation of customer's business.
