The Associate Developer - Mortgage Loan Servicing will gather and understand user requirements for applications/systems as well as support Change Managment within CIT's Mortgage Loan Servicing IT architecture. The Associate Developer will provide solution delivery planning, development and implementation, ongoing support and report development for the Mortgage Loan Servicing division.

Responsibilities

* Gather's requirements and understands user requirements for applications/systems used in CIT's mortgage loan servicing IT architecture- Understand and document user requirements using Joint Application Development (JAD), or One-on-One discussion methodologies- Identify solution design options that satisfy user requirements- Perform impact and gap analyses between user requirements and existing feature-sets of mortgage loan servicing applicationsSolution delivery planning, development and implementation for CIT's mortgage loan servicing IT architecture- Support Application architecture and design. Support resolution of complex technical design issues- Develop, test and implement new software programs using C#,VB.NET, SQL Server, SQL Server Integration Services- Design and implement data controls that satisfy Enterprise and Regulatory standards- Conduct root cause analysis of issues, review new and existing code and/or perform unit testing NUnit, MoQ frameworks- Focus on scalability, maintainability, testability, security, and performance of CIT's mortgage loan servicing IT applications/systems- Development of technical specifications and plansSupport Change Management within CIT's mortgage loan servicing IT architecture- Ensure compliance with CIT Change Management procedures- Test, maintain and recommend software improvements to ensure strong functionality and optimization- Validation and Verification of data (i.e. Unit Testing and System Integration Testing) before delivering to the consolidation layer- Ensure that proper change management document artifacts are complete and accurateReport Development- Build scheduled and/or ad-hoc management reporting from CIT's mortgage loan servicing IT architecture- Diagnose and resolve technical and data-integrity issues on existing scheduled reports sourced from CIT's mortgage loan servicing IT architecture Provide daily on-going support for CIT's mortgage loan servicing IT architecture- Address any daily system break-fix issues that impact application functionality and/or CIT mortgage loan servicing oversight business processes

Qualifications

Education Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or any related field from an accredited institution

Experience:• Minimum of 5 years recent hands-on experience writing complex SQL queries• Minimum of 5 years recent hands-on experience coding with C#, VB.net, ASP.NET, MVC and Angular, Visual Studio, DTS, Crystal Report, SQL server and ETL (SSIS)• Minimum of 3 years interacting professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts• Minimum of 4 years critically evaluating information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true need
