OverviewResponsible for inputting and maintaining all Oracle Service related functions. Responsible for the ongoing testing and maintenance of the service side of Oracle. Responsibilities- Develops with HR a data exchange process for all new hire and termination activity for service employees. - Sets-up and maintains all new and existing service resources in Oracle. - Sets-up and maintains all service division calendars in Oracle. - Sets-up and maintains all service calendar resource assignments in Oracle. - Sets-up and maintains all service calendars adjustments in Oracle. - Sets-up and maintains territories in Oracle. - Coordinates and suggest changes to the service territories to improve efficiencies within Oracle. - Coordinates meetings with local service management to review territory setups quarterly. - Sets-up and maintains all resources sub inventory address. - Coordinates the transfer of all service employees (including CCID changes and HR notification). - Sets-up and maintains all service resource groups. - Sets-up and maintains all service roles. - Acts as the point person for all Oracle Service related testing in both production and all test environments. - Documents and keeps a library of all Oracle test plans and written specifications. - Interfaces closely with Oracle support at Canon USA. - Acts as the lead trainer for al Oracle related management and employee training. - Performs other duties as assigned. - Delivers consistent, accurate, and timely data input to Oracle. - Creates and maintains a good working relationship with Canon USA Oracle development. - Suggests and coaches service managers on appropriate and cost effective Oracle set up's. - Creates and maintains working business relationships with all departments within the company. QualificationsTypically requires general and/or vocational training plus 2 to 4 years of related experience. - 2+ years of Oracle experience. - Good knowledge of CCID and Financial set-ups.
