The Impact You Will Have:

The Website Marketing Manager is responsible for making our global websites and landing pages. Responsibilities include managing the design, functionality, performance, and engagement of the website and landing pages. If you've got prior experience managing corporate websites for B2B, companies, with a strong track record of defining and delivering initiatives that drive marketing success, we'd love to speak with you.

Responsibilities

A Day in the Life:

* Plan, coordinate and execute all site content updates to support marketing calendar initiatives, product launches, and promotions.
* Design, create, and develop website pages using Sitecore and WordPress.
* Work with other team members to produce designs to help establish application architecture.
* Follow software development best practices in creating code and automated unit tests to ensure proper functionality and integration.
* Work with departments throughout the organization to meet front-end development needs, projects on an as-needed basis.
* Execute a roadmap to ensure strategyex.com is a significant marketing vehicle for brand awareness and demand generation.
* Develop and maintain site architecture and site templates to accommodate all content, including a structure for ensuring all content is fresh and relevant.
* Define the operating model and governance structure for strategyex.com - technical upgrades, new technology integrations, testing processes, managing a site update calendar, etc.
* Own and execute the creation of highly engaging web experiences for website visitors, including prospects, customers, partners, and influencers.
* Work with the marketing team at large to support onsite demand generation campaigns, implementing best practices to drive online lead acquisition and conversion.
* Define and own web-marketing KPIs; establish standard reporting and analytics- reporting regularly to the marketing team; show how KPIs tie to company initiatives.
* Develop SEO strategy and execution, including ongoing content updates to our websites, copy, and content/resources, to keep the experience fresh, engaging, and relevant.
* Continually test and optimize - from A/B testing CTAs and content placements to optimizing demand gen form flows; be the expert on website testing strategy and objectives.
* Work in close collaboration with other team members to assist in identifying keywords/keyword terms when developing new content.

Qualifications

What You'll Need:

* Robust tech background with 3-5 years of experience in Web Design.
* Team player, a must.
* Proficiency in User Experience (UX) heuristics, Customer Journey Mapping, and UX testing
* Experience in using commercial CMS tools, 1+ yr experience with Sitecore required
* Demonstrated proficiency or one year of experience in back-end web development using PHP, MYSQL and Javascript.
* Proficient in Wordpress, HTML5, Javascript, and AJAX technologies.
* Solid understanding of various databases including, MySQL.
* Highly skilled in CSS and HTML.
* Ability to test functionality and perform quality assurance (cross browser testing).
* Proven ability to develop responsive web design.
* Familiarity with DHTML and effects libraries, including jQuery, preferred.
* Familiarity with GIT version control environment preferred.
* Experience and passion for web analytics, reporting and ROI.
* Experience defining website information architecture, layout, and navigation in support of user-centric design strategies.
* Passionate about B2B lead gen, web optimization, web analytics, and data.
* Extensive knowledge SEO theory, best practices, and management.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work with internal customers and stakeholders.
* Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders throughout all phases of a project.
