Overview

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Web Content Administrator is responsible for the content management and maintenance of in-house eCommerce websites: The Lennar Store (internal), Lennar Print Services (public), any future additions as well as its graphic design elements (70%). The Web Content Administrator also provides technical support to users, liaises with the web hosting company, and increases traffic to the websites via social media marketing platforms (20%). The Web Content Administrator should also be available to provide relief to other departments of the Lennar Copy Center, as needed (10%).

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Designs and implements graphics for each website
* Manages all website content and related layouts utilizing user-experience best practices
* Proactively monitors and manages functionality of websites, and troubleshoots issues with the website hosting company (Page DNA)
* Troubleshoots web browser, and mobile device, compatibility issues with website hosting company (Page DNA)
* Plans and implements changes, enhancements, additions, and/or deletions to websites as needed, ensuring little disruption to users
* Identifies social media opportunities for the Lennar Store and Lennar Print Services, and manages any social media activity with the intention of driving traffic to the sites and increasing business
* Identifies consumer training opportunities and provides technical support to users
* Identifies and recommends improvements to the websites, as needed
* Identifies, researches and recommends new eCommerce opportunities
* Produces eCommerce financial reports, as directed
* Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

* One (1) year experience working in this field
* Associates degree in Information Technology, Graphics Design, and/or Web Development, or a satisfactory combination of experience and training which demonstrates an ability to perform the above duties
* Technical support and troubleshooting skills a plus
* Adobe Creative Suite 6 proficient - must be able to create, edit and manipulate images using Adobe software tools
* Maintain regular attendance and punctuality relative to daily work schedule is required
* Microsoft Office proficient
* Knowledge in HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, Javascript is a must
* Understanding of Python programming a plus
* Basic math skills (fractions, percentages, proportions)
* General understanding of web application development processes (from layout/user interface to relational database structures)
* Basic understanding of SEO/marketing techniques and practices
* Must be self-motivating and goal-oriented
* Must possess excellent prioritization skills in order to meet deadlines
* Must have an above-average ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people (IT vendors, website users, team members) and to work as part of a team and autonomously
* Accept constructive feedback
* Team player

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
