Based in Buena Park, CA, Studio 60 functions as an in-house creative agency for Yamaha musical instruments and audio/visual products.

As Web Systems Administrator you will be responsible for administration of Studio 60 internal applications such as those used for project management, issue tracking, software development, and team collaboration. The Web Systems Administrator will act as liaison between teams in creative, development, management and IT to develop and enforce best practices and corporate guidelines. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of teams and technologies as well as shape how some systems are designed.

Here's what you will do:

* Ability to work with sensitive or timely information in a secure and professional way
* Manage application access control for the internal users. Add and remove access as needed and appropriate
* Manage software licenses and subscription renewals for software we use internally or to support customers
* Manage Domain Name Registration and DNS entries when required
* Act as a liaison between IT and Development for tasks including: System package updates, security patches, server reboots, etc.
* Support the asset management system used by creative teams. (FTP, DAM, etc.)
* Streamline and maintain the process for corporate laptop software setup beyond what is initially configured for new users. Coordinate with IT and User Support as needed
* Develop checklists and documentation for areas that need regular monitoring/ maintenance to ensure they are done on schedule
* Ensure application notifications are being sent to the appropriate distribution lists and the list themselves are correctly configured
* Execute tasks to remove a customer's private information from our systems due to a GDPR request

What you'll bring to the table:

* Minimum 3+ years IT or related technical field
* Strong communication skills since this position will need to communicate effectively with a variety of team members, both technical and non-technical
* Ability to participate and proactively make recommendations on architecture, configuration, and process
* Experience with MacOS and Windows operating systems

Preferred:

* Experience with Linux system administration.
* Experience with "DevOps" tools like Chef, Puppet, Docker, and Vagrant
