Desired skills/experience: Oracle, Tableau, AWS, REST/SOAP, ETL experience.

The customer has a mission need for support to assist in building websites and web applications to display data extracted from software applications. We are seeking a candidate to partner with our current web developers in all aspects of setting up and maintaining our websites, including working closely with data architects. The customer is a highly collaborative, forward-leaning, innovative team. The customer is seeking an individual who enjoys working across teams and in an experimental, idea-filled culture. Mandatory Skills:- Understanding of and experience with data visualization; - Experience with front-end aesthetic design (color theory and design concepts) for web presence and back-end development;- Experience with JAVA, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5, JDBC, Apache Tomcat;- Experience with PL/SQL and connecting web front-end interfaces to live data;- Experience with D3 and other visualizations tools;- Experience with documentation (Git and Github);- Experience integrating Python into web applications;- Excellent customer service and time management skills;- Demonstrated collaboration and coordination skills;- Ability to analyze user needs to determine technical requirements;- Shows initiative and offers ideas for new products and improvements to existing interfaces;- Actively keeps apprised of industry technological enhancements and changes.Desired Skills:- Familiarity with Oracle databases;- Familiarity with Tableau, AWS, and Bootstrap;- Familiarity with REST/SOAP queries;- Familiarity with ETL experience with large data sets.
