FIS Management Services, LLC seeks Utility Senior Associate in Chicago, IL, to support large projects for process re-engineering, process automation, system implementation, business growth, regulatory initiatives, client driven change requests and Level 3 production support for GMI Application. Work with project managers, architects, SME's and other team members to design solutions. Design, code, debug, document and maintain programs that fit the SDLC framework of best development standards and practices. Provide subject matter expertise to support development and testing of deliverables and validation of quality assurance. Articulate and document business requirements and translate into functional specifications. Assess risks of various solutions and prioritize competing business demands.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience supporting the development of software including analyzing existing software and enhancing systems to meet business requirements; articulating and documenting business requirements and translating into functional specifications; designing and developing solutions to support change initiatives in Post Trade activities for Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETD) processing; assessing risks and testing and implementing solutions for regulatory initiatives, exchange mandatory changes, platform re-engineering and client discretionary changes; programming in iSeries platform using programming languages RPGLE, CLLE, SQLRPG, Free format RPG, (b) DB2/400 database and SQL; developing application interfaces using file transfers including FTPS and SFTP; and implementing ETD processing in GMI applications.
