Description

Test & Evaluation (T&E) Support to SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic.

* Assist with the development of test and evaluation plans.


* Plans shall include tests to be performed, procedures for T&E execution, and schedule for T&E activities.


* Assist with the development and implementation of associated test readiness reviews.


* Perform T&E support in conjunction with SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic personnel to ensure the solution developed meets the performance threshold and requirement, and are fully functional and operational.


* T&E support shall include, but is not limited to:
* · Support T&E specific POA&M development


* · Support T&E Technical Readiness Reviews (TRRs)


* · Developmental Testing (DT)


* · Operational Testing (OT)


* · Functional Configuration Testing


* · Physical Configuration Testing


* · System Verification Reviews (SVR)


* · Acceptance Testing · Performance Test & Characterization


* · Perform interface testing.




* The contractor shall validate interoperability with other USMC and DoD Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) systems T&E on the IDS components and solutions


* Record the results of each system tested


* Perform configuration for IDS prior to T&E, to ensure each component is configured per current Configuration Item (CI) list


* Develop T&E Reports (documenting all test results) (CDRL A021, System Test and Evaluation Strategies (CDRL A021), T&E Test Plans and Procedures (CDRL A021), T&E Test Cases (CDRL A021), T&E Verification Tables in the Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM) (CDRL A023)



Qualifications

BASIC EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors degree from an accredited institution or four years of experience in lieu of degree, plus six (6) years or more experience.
