We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented UNIX/LINUX Engineer - SME to join our team in Washington, DC to begin an exciting and challenging career with Unisys Federal Systems.

Duties: Responsible for leading and managing the administrative team for the UNIX/LINUX server infrastructure. Provides leadership and oversight to Active Directory and SQL Server activities. Plans and manages workloads, projects, and other administrative tasks associated with the Windows Server team. Provides subject matter expertise in troubleshooting all issues related to the Windows server infrastructure.

Requirements

Experience: Must have a bachelors degree and a minimum of 12 years of experience administrating and managing servers and systems, specializing in UNIX/LINUX operating systems. Must have experience leading technical team supporting system operations. Must possess a Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) certification or equivalent.
