Location: New Brunswick, NJ

Industry: Pharmaceuticals

Supply Chain experience in the Pharmaceutical industry highly desired SAP experience with Master Data required (Material Master, Bill of Materials (BOM), Routing/Recipes, etc.) SAP MDG experience highly desired

Key responsibilities include:

* Responsible for authoring UAT test scripts in HPALM.
* Reviews business requirements, use cases, business scenarios, and design specifications to create test cases/tests scripts . Works with the business process SMEs and the IT solution delivery team.
* Contributes to test strategy development and develops test plans, estimates, and schedules
* Works closely with Project Managers to plan testing steps of all Information Technology projects.
* Determines testing requirements and identifies test conditions and creates test designs, develops test cases, test procedure specifications, and test scripts.
* Develops a spectrum of testing documentation types, Test cases, scripts, testing scenarios, user stories, user manuals, testing performance results and metrics.
* Conducts defect tracking, defect triage, and follow through to resolution.
* Gathers, creates, and manages test data needed for test execution. Assures test asset and deliverable traceability to requirements and design artifacts. Maintains and archives test assets and deliverables. Applies test management platforms and tools.
* Works closely with Project Managers to plan testing steps of all Information Technology projects.

Required Skills:

* Knowledgeable and experienced in all phases of the system testing life cycle and with a disciplined approach to all phases of testing activities. Expertise with test case creation, test execution, and defect reporting with Client ALM - Client Application Lifecycle Management.
* Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis experience in Pharma supply chain
* Minimum 5+ years of IT project coordination experience managing complex projects.
* Experience/ Familiarity with the SAP Master Data Management in Pharma Industry a plus.
* Experience in authoring business process deliverables as needed
* Experience/ involvement with ERP system implementations a plus.
* Establishes strong working relationships with key internal and external business partners.
* Works well in teams and is able to work with a wide variety of people.
* Self-starter, placing a high value on accountability, customer service, teamwork and delivering results.
* Ability to work across multiple time zones (U.S EST ? Europe)
* Ability to translate concepts and strategy into meaningful communications.
* Organized with Strong attention to detail
* Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in a related field. (Required)
* 5 or more years Quality assurance analysis and testing. (Required)
* Prior experience with Client ALM - Client Application Lifecyle Management
* 5 or more years (Preferred)
* Knowledge of the principles, practices and procedures of quality assurance testing and the ability to apply knowledge and skills to a range of professional assignments.
* Ability to interpret functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding of QA or testing deliverables.
* Familiarity with agile delivery methodology
* Routinely demonstrates a commitment to deliver systems in a timely matter according to business need.
* Strong documentation and verbal communication skills
* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with a wide variety of individuals. Ability to work well both independently and as a member of a team.
* Aggressively works to provide solutions to challenges. Positive and constructive attitude.


* Experience in technical process documentation
* Experience in training documentation and delivering training
* Familiarity with IT Validation in a regulated industry ( Pharma preferred)
