* Strong object oriented design & development experience
* History of implementing solutions with strict availability, concurrency and low latency requirements
* 8 to 10 years of experience with all aspects of software development - Bachelors Degree
* Experience with programming languages such as: JavaScript, C, C++, .NET/PowerShell, Terraform, Java or other related languages.
* Experience in the cryptographic library like OpenSSL
* Experience with compliance regulations/laws, security frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, HIPAA, ISO, COBIT, OWASP, ITIL, etc.).
* Identify, research and propose concepts and architectural areas of need specific to the PKI domain
* Create, maintain and align the Security policies and standards with industry best practices and business needs in the adoption PKI and data protection technologies.
* Experience with technical security strategies, architectures and standards related to PKI infrastructure.
* Proficiency with scripting languages (python, bash, etc.)
* Knowledge of applied security concepts (authentication, authorization, OWASP Top 10 Risks) Solid understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies
* Experience with continuous deployment that demonstrates containerization technologies Understanding of performance testing concepts and tools
* Knowledge of PKI fundamentals
* Applied cryptography experience
