We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Trainer to join our team in Washington, DC to begin an exciting and challenging career with Unisys Federal Systems.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a unique range of experience with organizational training, LMS development, creation and editing of digital training videos, and presenting experience. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated a broad array of technical expertise in course creation software and use of applications for enhancing the tools used in course creation. The candidate will have demonstrated the ability to work with clients to define requirements for solution development of large-scale deployments in video communications.

Role/Responsibilities:

The candidate hired will be responsible for the following, but not inclusive, tasks:

* Requirements gathering to successfully develop curriculums
* Ability to teach developed curriculums
* Development of Training Manuals and Quick Reference Guides
* Development of Instructional Videos
* Ability to edit video into meaningful 'Training on demand' sessions
* Collaboration with internal teams
* Provide basic web maintenance and management of applications posted to related resource links on the internal website
* Designing and Controlling library structure/contents
* Collaborate with participating Agencies to support their Training Efforts in support of Forfeiture Systems Applications to include videos, LMS course creation, manuals and guides

Requirements

Specific Skill Requirements:

* Proficient understanding of Organizational Training
* Proficient understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle
* Past experience with IBM Rational Products preferred
* Experience with Agile processes
* The candidate hired will possess and demonstrate hands-on experience with the following products or related competitor's products:

o Articulate Storyline 2

o Camtasia

o Adobe Premier

o Dreamweaver

o Photoshop/Illustrator

o Microsoft Office 2013

Key Qualifications:

* Demonstrated experience in Organizational Training
* Detail oriented with excellent technical, verbal and written communication skills
* Able to multi task and excel in a fast paced on-time deliverable environment
* Welcome changing requirements, even late in development
* Must have 'Can Do - Professional Attitude' and be a TEAM player

Position Requirements:

U.S. CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED

Must pass a DOJ Minimal Background Investigation, MBI, Level 5 background investigation. Valid EQIP JPAS transfers acceptable

Requires a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
