Within Financial Crime and Compliance (FCC), staff work in a fast-paced, agile environment to provide our customers the best tools and services to detect and manage financial crime and compliance risks. Squads are organized around the various products that build a portfolio of fraud detection and mitigation for participating customers.

Responsibilities

* Developer

o Design, develop, integrate third party components, test, install and support programs/systems

o Strong understanding of OO programming principles

o Knowledgeable of secure coding practices and cyber security

o Have both a functional and technical mindsets

o Participate in the definition and implementation of software components in collaboration with third party software providers

o Develop and maintain technical documentation and prepare and give presentations to customers on systems

o Where appropriate, write system documentation and operating procedures

* Devops Engineer

o Understand the challenges and solutions to have automated pipeline supporting continuous deployment

§ Analyze and Challenge existing ways of working to migrate towards a delivery pipeline with an Agile mindset

o Design, Implement, and Maintain automated pipelines for rapid software delivery cycles

o Experienced using Orchestration and Containerization tools to spin up temporary environments for development/testing activities

o Integrate testing suites and code quality analysis tools into delivery cycles

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Computer Science

3+ years of experience in systems development in relevant technologies

3+ years of experience in CI/CD processes implementation

Technical Skills Requirements:

Relevant exposure to the development of highly scalable, resilient and secure software. Knowledge of the following components is essential:

* Technical skills - Java 8+, OO programming techniques, Design Patterns, JDK, debuggers, profilers, JNI, Junit
* Source Control Management: Git, Bitbucket, Clearcase
* Build automation tools: Maven, Jenkins
* Configuration Management: Integrated Development Environment (Eclipse/IntelliJ)
* Continuous Integration/Deployment : Nexus, SonarQube, Coverity, Ansible, Openshift
* Automated testing: Cucumber, Junit
* Web technologies: Web Services, SOAP, REST, Spring Framework, Tomcat
* Database technologies : Oracle 12c, JDBC, Advanced SQL. Experience with NO SQL databases is a plus
* Front End : HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Angular 6 or similar framework

Experience with the following is a plus:

* Apache Kafka, Elastic - ELK Stack
* JVM performance tuning on various OS platforms: Windows, HPUX, Linux (RedHat)
* Development/administration knowledge of Web Logic Server or similar Application servers
* Agile/Scrum software DevOps practices such as Test Driven Development (TDD) and Pair Programming

* Ability to perform research and analysis on your own as needed
