Responsibilities

Participate in design reviews of SWIFT core and new products to ensure testability and maintain an expert knowledge of functionalities.

Analyse CRS ( Customer Requirement Specification), HLD ( High Level Design), FRS ( Functional requirements specifications) to identify integration test scenarios

Participate in automation of regression test suite for existing and new applications

Develop test specifications/test cases/ sets of regression tests in an accurate and timely manner.

Define/setup and execute performance and volume tests for SWIFT applications

Analyse and report on performance results identifying and escalating 　possible system, database or application level bottlenecks.

Identify corrective measures/improvements for performance items to ensure system requirements are met as per production requirements.

Maintain testbeds to provide a stable and consistent infrastructure for performance evaluation and all integration test efforts

Ensure homogeneity in testing processes/automation and propose process improvements for such activities.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
* 5+ years of IT experience with 3 years in evaluation and analysis of performance and scalability of the systems preferred.
* Strong communication skills in Technical matters (verbal and written)
* Experience with scripting on UNIX/Linux based operating systems (HP-UX, RHEL) and associated system level performance monitoring tools ( glance, calliper ) is a most
* Experience with Cassandra, Oracle databases performance monitoring tools, and web-tools such as OEM/OCC, OpsCenter
* Hands on experience with developing or tuning SQL queries on Oracle databases is an asset
* Knowledge in testing methodology and various testing 　preferred
* Experience with Quality Center, JIRA or other Test Management Tools is an asset.
* Exposure to SWIFT messaging and/or interface products is a plus.
