TENCAP DCGS-A Engineer, Journeyman

Job Description

* Supports Tactical Exploitation of National Capabilities (TENCAP) Logistics Division.
* Perform key system engineering functions within PD TENCAP and contribute and collaborate within National Agencies' engineering efforts.


* Convey Army requirements to engineering staff at National Agencies and seize opportunities to influence design changes that benefit and satisfy Army needs.


* Work closely with mission partner and various Army entities to develop and implement a concept of operations for the employment of the current and future Advanced Miniaturized Data Acquisition System (AMDAS). Supports Army TENCAP, assisting with DCGS-A Corps solution.


* Directly provides engineering services for the different DCGS-A family of systems, including Geospatial Intelligence Workstation (GWS), Intelligence Fusion Server (IFS), Intelligence Version 1 and 2 Processing Center (IPC-1, IPC-2), Tactical Intelligence Ground Station (TGS), Portable Multifunction Workstation (P-MFWS), Fixed Sites and the Operational Intelligence Ground Station (OGS). Develops and maintains the DCGS-A Systems Engineering (SE) Product Support Branch (PSB) Integrated Equipment (IE) master equipment configuration documentation, ensuring reliable and centralized complete hardware configuration details for each system and enabling the acquisition, accreditation, documentation, fielding preparation, test and evaluation, training, and software development efforts within DCGS-A
